These terms govern your use of the ARC Golf Performance website and our coaching and assessment services. By booking an assessment, subscribing, or using our member portal, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

We provide golf performance coaching, physical assessments and related strength & conditioning programmes, delivered in person or online depending on the package. Specific pricing and what's included in each tier is set out on our Programmes page and may change from time to time.
Physical assessment, golf-specific testing and any coaching that follows carries an inherent risk of injury. Before your first assessment we'll ask you to complete a PAR-Q and confirm your informed consent — please answer honestly, and tell your coach about any change in your health before or during a session. You're free to stop any activity at any time if you feel unwell or uncomfortable continuing. Nothing we provide is a substitute for medical advice; if you have any doubts about your fitness to take part, please check with a doctor first.
You must be 18 or over to book on your own behalf. If a client is under 18, a parent or guardian must make the booking, complete the PAR-Q and consent forms on the junior's behalf, and remain the point of contact for anything relating to their coaching or data.
Assessment bookings and coaching membership are confirmed and paid for as agreed directly with us at the time of signup. Specific payment terms, billing frequency and any cancellation or refund arrangements for your particular package are as set out when you sign up — please contact us if you're ever unsure what applies to you.
If you're a client, you'll get access to a member portal to view your programme, log check-ins and message your coach. Keep your login link/code confidential — it's personal to you. Don't use the portal to upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
You agree not to misuse our website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, disrupting the service, or scraping content without permission.
The ARC Golf Performance name, logo, assessment methodology, and website content belong to us (or are used with permission) and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't legally be limited or excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
