ARC Golf Performance ("we", "us", "our") provides golf coaching and physical performance assessment services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, assessments and coaching relationship, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the information described below.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Because PAR-Q and consultation answers can reveal health information, we treat this differently from ordinary contact details. We ask for your explicit consent to store this information for the specific purpose of planning and delivering your coaching safely, separately from the general consent you give when you first make a booking. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us — this won't affect coaching already delivered, but we won't be able to safely plan further physical assessment or coaching without it.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run ARC Golf Performance, each acting as a data processor under our instructions:
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that's the case, we rely on the safeguards they provide (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data stays protected.
We keep your information for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you (as a lead, prospect or client), and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or in order to meet our own legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email arcgolfperformance@outlook.com. We'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Our coaching services are open to junior golfers as well as adults. Where a client is under 18, we require a parent or guardian to provide consent on their behalf, including for the collection of any health information, and to be the point of contact for anything relating to their data.
Our website uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in to the member portal or admin area — this doesn't require your consent under UK cookie law, since it's essential to the service you've asked for. If you arrive through a member's personal referral link, that same cookie also remembers which member sent you, so the referral can be credited when you fill in a booking or enquiry form; it isn't used for anything else. We don't use any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information as safe as possible.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do — if the changes are significant, we'll let existing clients know directly.
